Learn Thought Field Therapy (TFT) from Dr. Caroline Sakai with over 20 years as a TFT clinician, trainer and former Kaiser Chief Psychologist.
TFT is a self-treatment developed by Dr. Roger Callahan. Courses are taught by Dr. Caroline Sakai. She has been practicing TFT, and conducting professional courses for health professionals since 1998. Dr. Sakai brings to her training courses her years of experience as a therapist, driven by her lifelong passion to help others to thrive and have a meaningful, more joyful life. Her goal has been to empower people to enhance their functioning and optimize their health through the most efficient modalities, and to utilize methods which clients can practice themselves whenever feasible.
TFT has been used effectively by those working with people dealing with pain, phobias, anxiety, peak performance issues, procrastination, trauma, panic, anger, compulsions, and many other issues. These courses are designed for health care professionals and non-health care professionals. Courses for different groups can also be customized to address specific issues.
Thought Field Therapy Inc. has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6269. Thought Field Therapy, Inc. is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

TFT Diagnostic Course
The Diagnostic Level TFT Course is an interactive, hands-on training that will teach you TFT Causal Diagnosis procedures.
You will develop effective techniques to handle chronic cases, difficult clients, toxins, addressing complex and recurring problems. Approval has been granted by Dr. Roger Callahan for this 2-day training led by Dr. Caroline Sakai. Courses are scheduled from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Lunch will be provided.
Materials from Callahan Techniques TFT will be utilized in the Diagnostic Course.
Prerequisite: (TFT Algorithm Course is a pre-requisite for this course)

Coping with Covid

Despite the marked changes in our lives, regular routines to create a new normal can be stabilizing and helpful. Establishing a new routine, taking regular breaks during the day for exercise, enjoyable activities, and self-care is vitally important. Adding tapping breaks can be helpful, and a fun way to go through some of the basic energy tapping algorithms is by following the tapping and choreography on the ‘Aloha Tapping Song’ video, composed by Chanel Sebala-Bumanglag.

The algorithms may be repeated as often as needed to help:

  • Reduce overwhelm and get centered (side of hand)
  • Reduce anger, frustration and rage (tiny finger, outer eye, liver, under collarbone)
  • Reduce panic and anxiety (eyebrow, under eye, under arm, under collarbone)
  • Reduce fatigue and depression (gamut spot, under collarbone)
  • Shift perspectives and think more constructively about what we can do

There’s a lot we can do to help get through the Covid pandemic. We can support each other and our struggling, overwhelmed first responders on the front lines fighting Coronavirus— the doctors, physician assistants, nurses, medical staff, EMT, and others who are putting their lives at risk daily, and making huge sacrifices from their personal and family lives. From making masks, shields, gowns, and protective gear, to supporting restaurants struggling to stay afloat by purchasing take out meals for front line responders, we can help and show our gratitude and appreciation.

Some are putting together care baskets for those in greater need.  Others are sharing inspiring songs, stories, cartoons and art to provide support or humor to help cope with the grim and harsh realities.  Many are reaching out to make amends, communicate with friends and family who have not been in contact for years, even decades.  While being physically more distant, many are more socially connected through social media and video meetings.

Progress has been made by many in learning and utilizing technology that that was formerly too daunting or intimidating, and may not have been attempted unless the critical needs arose for alternative solutions. Many more are learning to be creative and think outside the box, finding innovative solutions. During these times we can find our best selves and elevate each other.
