Self-Care Tapping
Taking regular breaks during the day for exercise, enjoyable activities, and self-care is vitally important. Adding tapping breaks can help us to feel better and we have a fun way to go through some of the basic energy tapping algorithms, following the tapping and choreography on the ‘Aloha Tapping Song’ video, composed by Chanel Sebala-Bumanglag.
